Radionica je organizovana u okviru projekta „ Izgradnja kapaciteta za uspjeh – podsticanje profesionalne realizacije i zapošljivosti mladih“ – projekta finansiranog od strane programa Erasmus Plus – KA2 – Saradnja za inovacije i razmjenu dobrih praksi (CAST). Radionica je planirana i organizovana radi postizanja specifičnih ciljeva i zadataka koji se uglavnom odnose na evaluaciju statusa implementacije projekta, ocjenu ishoda i rezultata projekta, učinka i efektivnosti, te dosadašnjih postignuća. Na ovom trodnevnom sastanku bile su zastupljene sve partnerske organizacije.- ukupno 16 učesnika (UG „ Osveženje “ – Srbija, Prona – Crna Gora, CRA – Bugarska, Pro Global Science“ – Rumunija, DIR – Bosna i Hercegovina (online) , CCP – Albanija, GAUSS – Makedonija i Fortes – Italija)
Ciljevi radionice su napredak implementacije projekta : razmatranje statusa implementacije radnih paketa WP, evaluacija već sprovedenih aktivnosti kao ishoda i povratnih informacija, “ postavljanje scene ” za naredne aktivnosti, planiranje sljedeće radionice izgradnje kapaciteta, opšti aspekti druge razmene mladih, prezentacija srednjoročnog izvještaja – ishodi, izazovi i buduće akcije i bolje razumijevanje budžeta i budžetskih linija
Struktura radionice Radionica je trajala tri dana, dnevni red je prethodno poslat svim partnerskim organizacijama i sve navedene aktivnosti su realizovane kako je i planirano. Prvog dana učesnici su detaljno razgovarali o aspektima ref. implementacija projekta – kao što je trenutni status aktivnosti i rezultata (WP1, WP2, WP3, WP4, WP 5, WP 6). Drugog dana aktivnosti su se odnosile na drugi seminar obuke i mobilnost mladih, a treći dan je bio posvećen identifikaciji i upravljanju rizicima mobilnosti mladih i odgovarajućim mjerama za vanredne situacije kako bi im se pružila vrijedna životna i obuka iskustva.

The workshop was organized within the project “Capacity Building for Success – Encouraging Professional Realization and Employability of Youth” – a project funded by Erasmus Plus – KA2 – Cooperation for Innovation and Exchange of Good Practices (CAST). The workshop was planned and organized in order to achieve specific goals and tasks, which are mainly related to the evaluation of the status of project implementation, evaluation of project outcomes and results, performance and effectiveness, and achievements so far. All partner organizations were represented at this three-day meeting – a total of 16 participants (UG “Refreshment” – Serbia, prona – Montenegro, CRA – Bulgaria, Pro Global Science “- Romania, DIR – Bosnia and Herzegovina (online), CCP – Albania, GAUSS – Macedonia and Fortes – Italy)
“Workshop on the status of project implementation and second seminar for young people held on May 6-8, 2022 – Workshop leader PGSA Bucharest Romania
The objectives of the workshop are the progress of the project implementation: reviewing the status of WP work package implementation, evaluation of already implemented activities as outcomes and feedback, “setting the stage” for future activities, planning the next capacity building workshop, general aspects of second youth exchange, presentation of mid-term report challenges and future actions and a better understanding of budgets and budget lines
Workshop structure The workshop lasted for three days, the agenda was previously sent to all partner organizations and all these activities were implemented as planned. On the first day, the participants discussed in detail the aspects of ref. project implementation – such as the current status of activities and results (WP1, WP2, WP3, WP4, WP 5, WP 6). The second day of activities was related to the second seminar on training and youth mobility, and the third day was dedicated to identifying and managing risks of youth mobility and appropriate emergency measures to provide them with valuable life and training experiences.
